McCormick Cafe as a Dream

The original idea for the McCormick Cafe was an Internet Cafe with coffee served in a relaxed atmosphere.  From a sketch by Allen Rapecz, local architect, the final design of the Cafe resulted.  Seating for 105 is available within the original brick walls of the 1910 Building.

Construction Fall 1997

Construction started in the fall of 1997.  All electrical systems, plumbing systems, and heating and air conditioning were upgraded or replaced.  Thanks to the hard work by  Stekar Construction, ID Corp, Truchot Air Conditioning, and Abby Stahl, the McCormick Cafe was ready by early 1998.
